Websites published with Sitejet were not available from some parts of America during the weekend. The reason was a memory overload on one of the servers that could not be fixed before Monday morning. Unfortunately the traffic wasn't redirected to other servers as the broken server was still running.
To prevent this issue in the future, we improved two things: 1) Enhanced automated monitoring measures to automatically redirect traffic to other servers in case of such a failure to keep websites available 2) Improved configuration to avoid memory overload
